Sets bigger goal for others which is normally at higher side
Discusses the goal with team which looks achievable to all
Does lot of planning, estimations for entire goal at the beginning then drives the team accordingly
Believes in trying out smaller and easier piece of task first and then learning from the experience gained. Further attempting for next one and then keeps on moving by improving the speed and quality.
Creates fear and pressure to make them work long hours
Build confidence in team and shows how easy it is to do any task
Create comptetion within the team to run faster with each other and divides the team so that his position is secure.
Creates cohesiveness and shows how to help each other. Never worried about his position if somebody is able to manage his job then he moves to next one.
Decides himself what to share with team and what not
Believes in sharing and transparency
Always looks worried by looking at remaining tasks to achieve goal and drives his team harder and harder to run faster towards goal.
Looks at what is completed so far appreciates team for their work and excited to go for next one. Team decides what should be done next.
Always appears to be dissatisfied with team performance because his expectations are different from realty.
Always happy with achievement of completed tasks by team because he himself is part of team.
Always feels insecure and worried about his position and authority
Feels more secure and confident to achieve any goal by having more leaders in the team.
Need inspirations from people who always praise him to make him feel that he is always right
Inspire people from the achievements and ways of doing things.
Always tell others how to improve their performance.
Always listen to others feedback for the improvement and motivate them to give more
Tries his best to take the entire credit of the work in order to secure his position and block others to grow.
Gives entire credit to the team and creates more leaders to achieve multiple set of goals in future.
